Approach

Our approach to therapy is person-centered, strength-based, and humanistic. We meet you where you are, offering support, encouragement, and a safe space to grow. We know that vulnerability can be difficult, and building trust takes time. Together, we can face challenges and work toward healing. While we set goals and explore the reasons you're here, we recognize that healing isn't linear. Goals and plans can evolve, and that's okay.

We each use different modalities, but our main ones include:
Person Centered Therapy, Relational Therapy, DBT, CBT, ACT, and IFS.

What sessions look like

We believe in experiencing life alongside our clients. We bring authenticity, humor, and directness to our sessions, and fully support showing up in comfy clothes (and with snacks!). We will follow your lead in sessions while also challenging your thoughts and helping you become your best self.

Goals

We believe that everyone seeks therapy for a reason. Most often, it’s for one (or more) of the following reasons:

  1. Seeking a listening ear – A safe space to vent and feel heard.

  2. Working toward goals – Having support, accountability, and guidance to achieve personal growth.

  3. Healing from the past – Exploring history and trauma to find closure, heal, and better understand yourself today.
