Hi, I’m Brittany Graham, a counseling intern completing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. I am working toward LPC licensure under the supervision of Shelby Kolek, LCSW. I offer in person and virtual therapy at a low cost rate to help make mental health support more accessible, affirming, and supportive.

My background includes work as an early childhood educator, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), providing trauma informed skills training and case management for children, families, and caregivers. This experience shaped my understanding of family systems, neurodiversity, identity development, and the emotional challenges that can come with caregiving and life transitions.

I am also a parent to two neurodivergent daughters, and I identify as neurodivergent myself. I bring both lived experience and clinical insight into the therapy space, with a focus on creating a supportive, practical, and emotionally safe environment.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and mood concerns. I also support individuals exploring LGBTQIA+ identity, women’s issues, fertility and postpartum concerns, parenting stress, religious trauma and deconstruction, boundaries, self worth, and relationship challenges.
